Still Life I
The Still Life Pendants are physical interpretations of still life game paintings, popular in the 17th Century. This emerald cut cubic zirconia is representative of a canvas, a frame out of which the contents are spilling. The hanging pendant mirrors the function of a painting, except it is hung on a chain as opposed to a wall.A dead deer hangs off the stone, and the movement of the pendant on the chain adds life back to the animals.
